Kiteventure

 Met up with Garry, Rich and Pete at Hampton beach.  They were already out but the wind was quite strong so I set up the 7 and joined them out there.  Some fun big jumps and kite loops.  A little swell but not amazing.  Managed to deploy my safety again which was annoying.  Also managed to do the splits when carving on a wave - thought I'd done myself some damage but seems fine.  Wind picked up to 43 knots so I got a landing, it was getting a little crazy.

 Went down to Pines with Mark.  The wind was south easterly and nice and strong.  We still went big kites and I went out on the nugget to make sure of things.  Got some amazing waves at Zappas, beautiful big faces and carving.  Unfortunately there was a bit of a wind shadow in close but still had a stunning time.  Probably the best kite wave session I've had in western port.

 Well it wasn't that big after all. Went out at flinders with Stu, James, Mark, Garry and a mate of Garry's.  It was forecast to be huge surf, but the Flinders point wasn't working that well.  We ended up traipsing across to left and rights, the waves were a lot better there but the wind was a bit fickle - I was a little under done on my 7.  Long fun session though.  Ended up going back out to the point and I went way out the back - the view along the coast was impressive and the rocks were ----- well just don't make a mistake.
