Kiteventure

 a teeny bit cold in the water.  Fun westerly, you could go for ages in both directions.

 With James and Taz, great swell, perfect wind, big air and secondary lift.

 Headed back to Hampton after a surf at the right hander at Cat Bay/Flynns.  Was just enough on the twin tip but roaring on the nugget so nugget action ahoy.

 Stu arrived to join James and I.  Wind had moderated a tiny bit but still enough to do several crossings to Phillip Island and back.

 Start of the kiting weekend.  Took Friday afternoon off and headed to San Remo - just the other side of the bridge from Phillip Island. The wind forecast was marginal but we arrived to a great steady wind - probably 16 knots getting up to 18 at times.  Excellent session on the nugget on glorious flat, clean water.  

 title says it all.  Awesome night.

 Back to school and trying all the tricks.  darkslide, raley, frontroll kiteloop transition.  So much fun.

 Freakin epic kite with Stu in monster waves.  Incredible runs up the face then surfing down the line.  Had a big stack first up though in front of Alexander and hit the reef as I was body dragging around.

 Launched at about 615.  The only one there - wind was marginal at first but came in nicely.  Water is so warm !

 With the big kite, and pretty overpowered the whole time.

 Small kite until a bit of a lull then...

 What a cracker !  Went down with James, Stu, Dobbo and met Pete on the beach.  Perfect 27 knot wind and big waves.  What a spot - just amazing.

 Wasn't quite enough wind for twin tip but what the heck, great to be on the water again.

 with ribs back in order and great wind.  Out on the nugget, loving rotational jumps on that thing.
