Location : Port Melbourne
Kite : 10m Switchblade
Conditions : 16 to 20 knot easterly
It doesn't really work in an easterly. The wind strength was ok, but it is generally pushing you in the direction of the ship- which is definitely not where you want to be if things go wrong. Plus the wind kept cutting out when I was a fair way out into the middle of the bay- so I was happy with 1 hour in the water and no misadventure.
